Hot Wings

Isn't this such a BEAUTIFUL site?
I told Rick that I had to post a picture of the hot wings I made for him, because never again will I fry anything in oil.... Hmmm, or should I say RARELY will I fry anything in oil.

I did make a few alterations, I used 1/4 of the amount of butter that she called for and I used Texas Pete's Hot Sauce (what I happened to have on hand) along with a few dashes of Chipotle Chili seasoning.
