A few updates...

I know, I am a total slacker. I am slowly but surely updating this blog...

Here are a few updates on my fruit goblin- daddy's new name for the milk monster :)

Katelyn still has an obsession with monkeys. In her room, she has a vine that stretches from one wall to the other and it has hanging monkeys. The problem is that when she should be going to sleep- she catches a glimpse of one of the monkeys and she starts to motion to me that she wants her monkeys! So one night Rick was putting her to sleep and he had to un-clip every.single.monkey for her. LOL.

She loves to play the game of cat and mouse. I am usually the cat and I chase her around like a wild pig making all sorts of crazy motions/noises and she crawls away in loud shrieks, stops to look and see where I am at, and starts to crawl away again. Half the time we both have to stop because we are laughing hysterically at each other. Last night she crawled into a 1.5 foot tunnel and didn't crawl out thinking that I wouldn't find her. She is just TOOOOO much fun!

She also laughs hysterically when I pretend to sneeze.

Katelyn has a blast when she is sitting on Rick's shoulders. She starts to babble away and dances!!!

Finger foods are going great, she is in that phase of wanting to eat cheerios. If I let her, she would eat them morning, noon and night!

If you hand her a washcloth and ask her to wipe her face, she will. She also gets excited when you have soap because she can wash her hands. I pump some soap in the palm of her hand and she proceeds to wash them, then runs them under the water and holds her hands out again for more soap!

Oh, she can also blow kisses. And that totally melts my heart when I am leaving for work in the morning and she starts to wave and blow kisses at me!
